Our Privacy Principles

The Company is committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality and security of your personal information. As part of this commitment, the Company has adopted the following principles.

 

Accountability

The Company is accountable for all personal information in its possession or custody, including any personal information disclosed to third parties for processing or other administrative functions, and for professional standards purposes.

The Company shall identify the purposes for which personal information is collected either before or at the time the information is collected, which identification may be within the Terms and Conditions of this Website.

Generally, the Company will seek consent to use and disclose personal information at the same time it collects the information either directly or via an agreement between the Company and you via another means, such as an acceptance of the terms of use agreement as contained within the Company’s website. Collection of personal information shall be limited to that which is necessary for the purposes identified by the Company, and information shall be collected by fair and lawful means.

Personal information shall be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

On occasion, the Company may need to disclose personal information data to other parties its clients, but only if this is necessary for the provision of the Company services. The Company will agree by written contract (guarantees) with the relevant recipient of the personal data that such third parties maintain the same level of confidentiality and ensure the same level of privacy and data protection compliance as the Company does in order for the personal data to continue to be properly safeguarded.

 

Accuracy

Personal information shall be as accurate, complete, and up-to-date as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is to be used.

In some cases, the Company relies on its clients and employees to ensure that certain information, such as their address or telephone number is current, complete and accurate. The Company will not routinely update personal information unless it is necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for or if it is required to maintain an active account.

All of the Company’s employees with access to personal information will be required to respect the confidentiality of that information. The Company shall make information available to its dealer clients, consumers and employees about the policies and practices that apply to the management of their information.
